Possible lost black kitten

Just walked down Oglander Road and outside c. 42 there was a small black kitten who looked quite worse for wear - very dribbly/manky eyes, fut quite matted, mewing an awful lot. Thought I should post on here in case anyone is missing him/her.

That doesnt sound good! How old? Part of stray and her litter? Can u take it to vet to check for chip?

Doesn't sound good at all. I'm going to search the area tomorrow between 10-2pm to see if I can catch & take him/her to the vet.

I?ll have a look tomorrow on the way to drop the kids at school... im really not a cat person, so I guess it could just be a moggy having a bad day - but didn?t seem like that...

Morning all,

Think this is my very old moggy who slipped out the back door yesterday afternoon. Bless her, she is 20 years old. I've had another look for her this morning but no luck. If anyone finds her, can you pm me. we're only on Muschamp so hopefully she hasn't gone far. Thanks in advance.

She's called Petrie. She probably won't come but we can come and get her if she's located. She's a bit blind but can still move around ok as she has shown us by running away! Thanks in advance.

I saw a black cat matching this description on Oglander, near Marsden yesterday around 6pm.

She came up for a cuddle but meowed so I thought she wanted to be left alone and I didn't want to scare her.

She was small and rather thin, I could feel her ribs. I went to get some food but couldn't find her again (I did leave something for her to eat, where I saw her).

I'm glad she's on people's radar as I was worried about her.

Worth asking neighbours to check sheds etc as she may have hidden.

Thank goodness she was chipped! I wouldn't have taken her to the RSPCA of all places. & Putney??? Anyway. I'm so happy for you.
