Sally Eva
This is the place to bring your old bike to prepare for the outdoors in the spring. The weather forecast between now and next week is pretty filthy but by March 2nd it looks lovely. The guys have the time, the inclination and (most importantly) the expertise to fix bikes, no matter how age and spider-encrusted they may be. They like challenges (ancient and modern) so bring yours along. These are indoor drop-in sessions, run by Bruno and friends in Camberwell Leisure Centre (Artichoke Place SE5 8TS)(see pic). The leisure centre is warm, free and welcoming and the guys are the same. They are pretty much self-organising under the umbrella of Southwark Cyclists https://southwarkcyclists.org.uk which is part of the London Cycling Campaign https://lcc.org.uk. Our calendar is here: https://southwarkcyclists.org.uk/events/free-bike-maintenance-with-hands-on-tuition-17/No need to book. If you have any questions about this or any other Southwark cycling-related matter, you can email [email protected], tweet @southwarkcycle or text me on 07842 640 207. I probably won't know the answer but I will know a man who does.
