Bicycle for 4 year old child WANTED

Hello,

Does anyone have a bicycle suitable for a 4 year old boy (or a non-gender specific bicycle)? We would like something that our child can ?grow into?. So anything which he can use on the lowest setting for now.

We are not looking for anything particularly expensive. Our budget will only stretch so far. However, we would not like to go to somewhere like Argos to buy an entry level kids bike, as we are big believers in buying second hand wherever we can, to be more sustainable. So, if anyone has anything which they consider could be suitable please drop us a line.
