Cleaning service,Aribnb ,Commercial,End of tenancy

Hi there

Do you provide cleaning service for blocks of flats? I live in a block of 8 flats and we need somebody to clean the communal areas once a month.

It is only about 1-1.5 hours per month - a bit of polishing, insides of two windows, and the floor sweeping, mopping and cleaning, plus dusting and wiping of banisters.

There are two flights of stairs and two landings.

The property is in East Dulwich SE22.

Are you able to provide a quote and also if you are able to invoice for work?

  After all the work they’ve done in the area recently? I can barely remember a time when there wasn’t road dug up, bus stops closed and one leak or another.
