Good afternoon, my kitchen aid mixer suddenly stopped working in the middle of an important pasta dough make.

It does turn on, but the whisk doesn?t turn!!!

Anyone around who can fix it?

Did you try phoning the company for advice? It might be something quite simple which you could sort yourself?
