Hello,

I am a local mum and nutritionist and I am looking to work with 5 mums for 12 weeks on nutrition & mindset, starting in April.

I would like to work with women who:

➡️Are ready for real change to their nutrition

➡️ Have tried WW, slimming world, Cambridge diet etc but it hasn't been successful

➡️Have tried crash diets & have lost weight before events or holidays but struggle day to day with healthy nutrition

➡️Want to be & feel healthy - not just look it

As I am a newly qualified nutritionist, I will be offering my one to one coaching at a special introductory rate

For one to one weekly coaching I will be charging just ?30 per session.

  Thanks for your reply. I’ve subscribed to Ancestry a few times in the past but felt I wasn’t using it enough to warrant keeping up the subscription.
- Does anyone remember an incident from the late 90s/early 00s in which a young man fell to death from Dawsons Heights?

  Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
