I wonder if anyone would lend me a battery operated bunny clock (or similar) in return for a gro clock (same things but the sun comes out when it's morning rather than the bunny) which is only mains operated).

We are going camping next Monday 20th for 4 nights and have only just realised that my sons gro clock is only mains operated. We are lucky enough to get lie ins with this clock so would really really like to take one with us :)

I can pick up and drop off at any time this weekend and would forever be grateful.

Thanks in advance

Will the light work in a tent - is it dark enough?? We've got a bunny awake / asleep one but the light is rather weak....not sure it's that obvious unless the room is fairly dark. (Also only mains operated - sorry!) Got a clockwork bunny one with eyes/ears if it helps. We don't use it (girls are scared of it!!) so welcome to it if it'll help.

thanks nunheadmum - good thought about the lights not working if too bright. think that's why i want a clock cos obviously it's going to be so light compared to normal i need them to know it's not waking up time!!!!

does your clockwork bunny one work on batteries? if so would really really love to borrow it. i can pick up day or night until monday.

    • But a larger number, in a more hotly contested election, didn't. It is an anomaly that Starmer won a landslide in seats with a turnout for Labour which would have shamed Labour leaders in all the 21st and much of the post war 20th century.
    • I was not suggesting anything else!   I'm not sure how you interpret what I said  as "irrelevant"? I was responding to a post saying that Corbyn was "unelectable". My point was that a  large number  of the electorate  voted for him!
    • that's exactly what happened - Brickhouse were forced to close due to rent hike and then Gail's didn't move in until covid restrictions lifted and normality resumed. Gail's would have opened much sooner as they were lined up and able to offer the landlord much higher rents. Brickhouse was a local favourite
    • The Brickhouse closed just before Covid December 2019. Nothing to do with Gails muscling in as they didn't move into till December 2022. Stop trying to fit a false narrative into a story
