Online Cookery Classes

In light of the Prime Ministers COBRA announcement today, it is becoming clear that at some point, in the near future we may all be in isolation - be that forced isolation or self isolation.

With this in mind, I have a plan to help those that may be concerned about their cookery skills and now having to cook a healthy nutritious meal at home for family and friends.

OK. So the plan is that you head over to our instagram account @eastdulwichchef where I will soon be offering Cupboard Cookery Classes on IGTV. You don't need to sign up or pay to watch the classes. These are all free. You just need to follow @eastdulwichchef

I will be offering Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner ideas which are using 'back of the fridge' and 'store cupboard' ingredients and if you send me a message about what you have then I will do my best to offer meal prep solutions to your cupboard madness! Please do not throw anything away - you will be amazed at how great a soup can be, made with vegetable stalks and how you can make delicious croutons from stale bread.

Everyone can cook - you just need to be shown how! I won't be judging anyone - I am just trying to help.

If you are heading out to your local shops then do try to pick up a few dried herbs and spices as they can always spruce up a meal.

See you very soon @eastdulwichchef on instagram which then does link to my facebook page Suzanne James (its my private account on facebook!)

Sadly I had been running down my stocks of canned beans. Many different kinds!

Then I came to replenish them and found I couldn't :(
