I'm landlord of a flat in Anerley; I live outside London, used to live in E.D.

I'm looking for someone with a (petrol) brushcutter (no easy socket), shears, and mower for 1st step to tidy up a quite long ignored garden.

For virus reasons, 1 person working alone.

Tenant is a doctor, and family, working in Intensive Care.

Reply here or pm me.

Thanks

Hi. I?m doing a garden for a doctor this week. I?ve got the tools & should be free at the end of the week. I?ve been on the forum for 15/16 years & can do the job on my own . Just need to know about access. I charge ?20 an hour based on experience & having a full selection of tools.

Please call or text me & I can sort out a day to get it done for you

    • Quote "it was quite clear that it wanted to nip me." Doesn't say clearly that it tried to bite you , but instead implies that you had the impression, right or wrong that it wanted to nip you.  unless you are clear others will read it how you write it.  As for being a jobsworth, what a quaint old expression, haven't heard that for a long while.
    • Crook locks can be sawn through, or the steering wheel to which it is attached, I know to my own cost. The safest additional security measure is what's called a ghost immobiliser, which cannot be traced through the car's electronics, meaning it is difficult to bypass. They cost a bomb however.
    • I’ve reported two instances of mobile phone theft to 999 in recent times. On both occasions several police units have arrived very quickly - in one case they found the perpetrator.
    • With all these high-end car thefts, surely there's a case to be made for all new cars to be supplied with a Crook Lock type device and having insurance invalidated if the owner does not have it in place when it is parked.
