I am going to put this out there - for a ?30 fee the Plumber will look at your problem through face time and instruct you to fix the problem.

Many plumbing issues require parts - even such as a humble washer or PTFE tape.

This prompts the question...?. do you have a policy of "No Fix, No Fee"?
