bike repair outside my door?

anyone can repair my bike doing it outside my door I live in a close so it is easy! I can pay cash or transfer.

It must be the tyre inlay as I inflate it and after a short time it deflates... sorry if I cannot explain it more technical.... Bike hasn't been used over winter and kept outside so it is a little bit rusty too...

  After one or two bags, which can be returned after use if required. Will be used to contain some topsoil in a gardening job so cannot guarantee they will be as clean after use….
