Overlocker (for sewing hospital scrubs) wanted

I am hoping to borrow or buy an overlocker. Does anyone have one gathering dust?

I am sewing scrubs for hospitals and need to get an overlocker in addition to my normal machine.

I'm afraid I don't have an overlocker but I can sew and I'm interested in helping out. I have a decent domestic sewing machine. Could you send me more details? Thanks
