Builder / Tradesperson wanted for 1 bed into 2 bed and gardens works

We are about to re-configure our 1 bed into a 2 bed by turning our exisiting bathroom into a baby room and move the bathroom to new sectioned off area at end of the kitchen.

We have priority works ( to get the re-config fully operational) and non-priority works (depending on cost)

The priority works Incl:

Stud walling to section off end of kitchen to home the new bathroom.

Box in bath

New boiler cupboard

Plasterboarding / Plastering

Fit and hang door

Internal bathroom window (using existing reeded glass)

Non priority works

2 new cupboards to hallway

wall length wardrobes to bedroom

Wall shelving to bedroom

Bay window storage box

New front / rear door

Bathroom sink cupboard option

We are also refurbing our garden and will need:

Tiled patio to rear

Fence panels cemented in at rear

Slab patio laid to front

Bike store shed built / installed

Metal bike lock cemented in

It would be great if we can get a one person to do full works rather that organsing lots of trades and would like to get works completed as soon as possible.
