Guidance on ?what?s allowed? from the NPCC and College of Policing

Yesterday the NPCC and the College of Policing issued guidance for police on ?what?s allowed?. It?s very helpful and probably worth a quick read not least before you are tempted to send an email denouncing someone for say, I don?t know, working their allotment. Would be great if the local police teams could also have a quick scan.
