Looking for a consultant to object to a planning application

Hello, there is a proposal to Southwark council to change purpose for a building just at the back of our property from a warehouse to a dwelling. Does anyone have any experience with objecting planning applications and perhaps can recommend a consultant or qualified surveyor that can help us with a response?
