Need a lawyer to sue newspaper

In this photo I was taken by police ...

The article is saying blah blah ...

Photos was being taken while arrested

Me and my mum indoors without anyone's permission

Is this legal ?

Any chance for damages

My face as well as my mum's is not blurred

Images has copywriting on it ????

Alternatively the CAB maybe able to help, or if you have free legal advice through an insurance policy or union membership you could use their free adviceline.
