Hello I would like to introduce my business.

My name is James Rixon and I have been running my own practice Rixon Architecture for 4 years.

I am relocating my business to East Dulwich once lockdown is over and I can return to my flat in Dawson Heights.

I have over 10 years of experience working closely with private and commercial clients to achieve beatiful and functional schemes within budget.

I can carry out a significant amount of my work remotely including online design consultation, which suites the current working restrictions.

I would be interested to speak with anyone who is looking to extend or remodel their home.

  I agree. Midnight I can understand when it's celebrating the start of a new year (under whatever system) but not otherwise. Though re the wildlife, it's going to affect them whatever time it is, I don't suppose they know it's gone 11pm!

  Yes I get your gist, but maybe you could just name a few of the very many you mention? I'm not sure why you find it very concerning that somebody would leave Labour for the Greens? So have many people, including me.

  Were your concerns to do with her, as your MP? If not, then I'm sure she had more than enough to do without taking on things which weren't within her remit! She always took a very proactive role in local issues (eg the closure of the ED delivery office) and she also attended various demos with local Labour Party members, though I can't now remember which ones (demos, not members!) I thought she was an excellent MP, and I'm sure she still is.
