Our lovely two bedroom apartment is now available for rent, and we are looking for a nice couple or a young family to move in long-term.

It's a bright and cosy flat on the second floor of a semi-detached house right in front of Nunhead train station (zone 2).

The apartment was renovated 9 years ago when our son was born and it has been a safe nest for our family and all the kind people who have lived there.

The area is lovely, very green with a village feel to it and a beautiful community, right next to Telegraph Hill and a nice walking distance to Brockley and also to East Dulwich.

Great transport links from Nunhead, but also Brockley station (eastlondonline) is only 10 min walk.

We have Everest double glazing, wooden floor throughout and carpet in the two bedrooms. A loft for storage space is available for the new tenants and a cute shared garden facing the lush nature of the Nunhead Cemetery woodland, part of the Green Chain Walk.

From the kitchen you can access the garden through a stable door.

GAS and Electricity on a meter.

Water and Council tax are not included.

No pets or smokers

No dss

  I would not recommend Polished to anybody. They sent my daughter away without any aftercare instructions or solution, when i popped in to enquire they couldn’t say anything except that we could purchase an inferior cleaning product from them at double the price. My daughter went back again some time afterwards to get a row of piercings done on her ear, this time they not only did a bad job on the spacing but put in a stud that was the wrong size, the head of the stud was so tiny it got swallowed up inside her ear and she had to go to A &E to get it removed 🙁

  22/9 MISSING CAT: her name is CJ, she’s got a very distinctive round face. She lives on Jerningham road. We usually let her out with a collar that has a tracker but unfortunately last night she went out without it on 😭 and now she hasn’t come home. She’s usually very scared of sudden noises and cars so she’s not one to roam on main streets but more across gardens. She also got stuck on a tree once and was too scared to jump down. If you see a ginger cat in your garden or tree, or anywhere near SE14 5NH then please dm me.
