UPDATED: 10 JUNE 2020 - WE ARE STILL LOOKING. THANKS TO THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH POSSIBLE OPTIONS.

Our lovely home that we have outgrown in East Dulwich went under offer the week before the lockdown. The sale process has continued and we are not far off exchange. We don't however, have anywhere to move to, nor do we have anything to look at, and the thought of having to move twice with two small children fills us with dread. We do however have the potential for a long completion in order to facilitate just one move.

Do you have, or do you know of a property in Dulwich Village or the North Dulwich triangle that might be interested in selling?

We are looking for the following:

4/5 bedrooms, or that potential;

2+ living spaces;

2+ bathrooms, or that potential;

50ft plus garden;

Dulwich Hamlet and Charter North school catchment areas are key.

We?re prepared to do work and will look at anything that meets the criteria within a guide price of c?2million.

We'd be grateful for any leads and would obviously observe all social distancing requirements when viewing anything etc.

Please send me a message if you're thinking of selling or know of a property that might meet our requirements.

Many thanks.

    • What ever they decide I would have thought that the skate park would not be staying but really hope I am wrong as in my minds eye, I see the skate park as potential parking spaces after all if it is going to be community, flats, retail units, cafe, etc folks are going to want to have the parking availability - Amir like the parade of shops opposite. if the skate park goes then I think it is Dulwich Estate obligation to find another suitable area… a lot of community spirit and hard work went into developing the skate park and the youngsters should be very proud of what they have done  and achieved.
    • Hi all My car was stolen between 1.30pm-1.50pm today in SE22 East Dulwich in South East London. I have of course reported this to the police but not much is being done, so I thought I'd give this a shot. The registration is GM66YOV, though its possible the licence plate may have been changed by now. If you see it anywhere please contact me or the police. Thankyou!
