New litter bins

I?ve noticed a new litter bin (a bit smaller than the usual square ones) near me near Goodrich school. Now we have three bins in about 35 yards. I?m glad the council is putting more in. Has anyone else got one nearby? Is it well-placed or possibly superfluous and better placed elsewhere?
