Photodrivers license advise

Hi,

I have a paper license which I left in my pockets when

I put my clothes in the wash and it has somwhat disintegrated

Is there a online form I can download for replacing my paper

license with a card one?

Nooo they're precious those paper licences!

Stick it together with Vistafoil and keep using it.

Any reason for saying paper licences are precious and that they should be held on to.

I have a paper licence,that now looks similar to part of the dead sea scrolls !!!(?)
