Cheap audio cassette player

WANTED: an audio-cassette player, probably in the ?15-25 range.

I could go slightly higher for something nice ---

This is to review old music and spoken-word cassettes.

Preferably mains driven.

Does NOT need: an MP3 converter, radio or CD player, or attractive styling.

DOES need a clean, well-functioning magnetic head, good spindle-drive action and a clear, reasonable sound - tho big bass 'boombox' is not necessary.

Amazon is full of unknown Chinese brands, and adverse reviews thereof.

I can collect in the ED area, respecting social distance.

I have an old Sony CF17oL Casette corder, but cant find theelectrical cord. you can check it with battery. live in Peckham.let me know
