Hi I ordered 3 wallpaper rolls from Laura Ashley white with a pearl pattern but I only needed to use 2 and now Laura Ashley are saying they are not giving refunds for some reason , I thought it was against the law not to give refunds! It?s beautiful paper it was ?23 I will sell for ?20

It's not against the law to refuse refunds when the buyer changes their mind
