If you are logged in, there's a My Control Centre link that appears under the You are here, you can change your email address in there.

Do you mean change your address for this forum, or change an outlook email address to a gmail address for all your mail?

If the latter, it is very straightforward and there is lots of guidance if you google it.

Gmail will transfer everything over for you, including contacts, and forward emails from your old address for some time afterwards.

The way I understand it, Gmail is an email service provider same as AOL, Yahoo, etc.

But Outlook is a tool to view emails through (regardless of email provider, see above), as is (say) Apple Mail.

So changing your email provider should just mean pointing Outlook at the new (or additional) email provider where you have set up an email account.
