Hello - I'm running online fermentation workshops with a Summery theme. Lots of delicious probiotic drinks that are perfect for the hot Summer's days that are coming, as well as a lighter version of Kimchi made from cucumbers and some sour dill pickles that go perfectly with BBQ burgers.
