Recommendation for Leasehold Management Company

Hi all

I am trying to find a good, reputable management company to take over our building of lease-held flats - I have done a lot of research and not come up with much. Could anyone recommend a management company that you know of?

  That surely would only be legitimate if you could, and did, parlay your expenditure with them to another of their venues. Otherwise I don't think it would stand up in court. They failed to provide a service paid for. When they would have been in a position to do do on reopening.
