We are looking for an experienced nanny to look after 9 and 6 year old boys, on a sole-charge basis, starting September. Hours would be afternoons Monday to Friday during term time (c. 2pm - 7pm although flexibility around this for the right candidate)with the opportunity for greater hours during school holidays. Candidates should be equally comfortable cycling (short distances) and driving the boys to after school clubs. Assisting with school homework and preparing healthy meals for the boys will be key aspects of the role. Availability for ad hoc babysitting is preferable.

The family is located a few minutes walk from Dulwich North train station. The boys are energetic with a love of the outdoors. The eldest loves playing sport, with the youngest having a love of arts and craft.

Opportunity for hours to start in August for someone that has availability, but this is not a requirement.

DBS check, Ofsted registered and excellent references a prerequisite.

  NYE is always like this. If you’re concerned about your pets, please consider seeing a vet as they can help. We give our dog valerian and play calming music, which helps especially after long walks and a big dinner. If it’s for yourself, it’s one night, so also suggest seeing your doctor for advice. It is loud, although more predictable ( kept to evening:to midnight) than Guy Fawkes celebrations which go on for days and are arguably selfish and inconsiderate. Either way, it’s a very difficult time for many.

- Not tech ED but WD.. reclaiming parking fines which council are paying back.

  Happy New Year all, I sent a request for reimbursement of fines issues during all this …. Lambeth Council issued unjust parking tickets. Got a reference number back from them.. not heard for three months and from memory expires in Jan. Been round Lambeth Council offices and got know no where except being passed round in circles. Does anyone have a contact number or name please? Talking about a couple of hundred quid. Please do delete if not allowed but sure others have been effected as well… Thanks and Happy New Year.
