Need someone to finish of beading for laminate flooring and a couple of odd bits

I have laminate flooring beading to be installed total area of 20m2, a slight curve in hallway for beading, however a few mitre cuts should be good also 3 steps need a metal aluminium sheet covering edges of steps to tidy. So a power saw with correct blades are needed to bring with you, i have 3 metal room dividers need to be cut and installed. I have all the materials ready, you juat need to bring the tools and skill

  House sale was completed yesterday. Yes we were 'gazundered' by £75,000. Able to look the buyer in the eye when he came to collect the keys. He clearly didn't want to discuss any further, But I expressed my view to him that whilst what he did was not illegal it was immoral. What else can we do?? Apart from a law change
