I wanted to post details about a mechanic that I have been using for over 10 years and is utterly honest, reliable and reasonably priced. He is very experienced and does electrics too. I am posting details as current climate has hit his business hard and I wanted to help him by sharing his details.   Occasionally when this happens, the estate agent is complicit. Had this happen to our neighbour and we later found that the house was bought by the sister of the estate agent at the reduced price. The agent is in an advantageous position as he/she is aware of the seller's circumstances and occasionally one will go rogue to do a favour for a relative/friend.

  Hello, I have a new boxed (unwanted gift) Tefal Secure 5 that you could have. The model is P2500731 and is a few years old, just been sitting in a cupboard, but it hasn’t even been unpacked. I think a new version is about £70 so you can have it for £25? If interested, please let me know and I can drop off to you if you like as we are on Brixton Hill but pass through ED most days.
