S24? I just googled Royal Mail complaints and it went straight to this page. If you phone Royal Mail you can also make a complaint, though it takes forever to go through all the options and then to speak to someone. It's probably a lot quicker to do it online. Not that you will actually get anywhere in this case. You are probably marginally better off contacting your MP, not that they will probably get anywhere either. -

There definitely seems to be some kind of disorder at play. This person constantly craves attention—whether it's positive or negative and shows an inflated sense of self. There are no boundaries, and a complete lack of empathy is pretty evident.
