Hello,

My name is Lydia Swift and I am currently studying BA Contemporary Dance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire.

I am offering Private/ small group dance classes and tutoring for Ballet and Contemporary Dance technique.

I am employed at the Laban Building as a teaching assistant for their children's classes and I am familiar with the RAD Ballet syllabus.

I am able to coach students in both ballet and contemporary styles, who are preparing for exams or for fitness or fun.

I am DBS checked and am keen to provide good quality and holistic training for young dancers. I will supplement the practical sessions with additional theory work if students are interested in this.

I am also very happy to share an insight into what life at Conservatoire is like for students who are interested in pursuing this career path.
