Hi all,

I'm having another sort through and here is the result.

All used but in good condition. Hopefully it will pay for some of your pre-loved items as I'm still on the hunt for floor lamps and a parasol pole!

I can send pictures if you pm me as I don't know how to squish it for the forum upload limits. Anyway, here is the list.

Canvass style double wardrobe cream ?25

Children's water float toy ring with handles ?2

ELC Tap A Shape hammer and a few shapes to add to an existing set. Great if you have kids arguing over whose turn it is to use the hammer! Free.

Speedo unisex armbands (pair) 2-12y ?4

Groclock sleep trainer ?15

School book bag, unused, bottle green ?5

Montessori book secondhand ?25 (someone was asking about these but disappeared!)

Seems ED might be one of them ☹️

You will get larger place in SE23 for example that will give you enough spare cash for private school if that's what you really want but states schools generally good, reflecting the demographic Easy to get to the bustling streets of East Dulwich but in ten years see what happens to Forest Hill centre. The whole of the area is full of green spaces. Access to East Croydon for days out in the South Coast
