Hi Admin, please could you lock or hide the Hillsborough thread in the lounge?

I started it to have a discussion which today I'd put in the drawing room. It was meant as a serious question, to be discussed without going in to whether the disaster was a bad thing, but it's clearly too emotive to be discussed that way.

In recent days I asked for it to be closed, but then I backtracked, because I stumbled across an interview on the radio which was relevent to my original question.

I wish I hadn't back tracked now, because now it seems to be going down a road that a thread about a disaster really shouldn't be going down. I've been accused of not respecting the families and their loss, but it is because I very much do that I don't want that thread turning in to a pathetic point scoring / insult throwing mess.

As the OP, I'd be grateful if you could just put an end to it.
