Hello!

We are selling a 3-seater sofa bed from Willow & Hall for ?800 ONO (purchased for ?1600 in November 2017). Used a handful of times for guests staying over; has had minimal use otherwise. Selling to make space in a nursery room.

Here is the link to the sofa (Buttermere, 3-seater)

https://www.willowandhall.co.uk/sofa-beds/all-sofa-beds/the-buttermere-sofa-bed.html?size=2%20seater#

We upgraded the seat cushions to Siliconized Hollow Fibre (+50), and to a Memory Foam Mattress (+115), removable arms (+75) to help with entry into the property, and 2 x matching pillows (not pictured). (Happy to supply the receipt).

Fabric is washed cotton 'Tea Rose'. See attached pic. Can send additional pics on request.

Available immediately in ED. We can offer a helping hand, but ideally you are able to move down one flight of stairs.

Hi Lib,

Great sofa! Is it still available? We have a tight space to fit into so was wondering if we could get the exact dimensions. I checked the website but items, if bespoke, may vary.

Could I ask the width and depth of the sofa you have?

Look forward to hearing from you.

    • Citizens Advice Bureau may be able to help, as they have connections with various relevant people/organisations. Your GP surgery may have access to a "social prescriber" who can similarly help.  I was referred to the  one attached to my GP surgery when I was very stressed with external issues. There used to be a community police officer in every neighbourhood, and if they still exist, I would say they should be your first port of call. I'm so sorry. It is so stressful living with nasty neighbours, although I agree finding out that other neighbours have also had issues with them at least makes you feel that it is not just you they are targeting. As regards the apparently poisoned plants and trees, if you know someone who is a member of the RHS (Royal Horticultural Society), they have access to a free advice service, who I'm sure could help pinpoint the likely cause of death. Unfortunately I didn't renew my membership this year, otherwise I would have offered to help.
    • The post office were competent for my purposes when I was presented with a similar list.  But I did suggest the OP check with the actual person who requires certification, and not me or some bloke call Ianr from the internet.
    • OP is wrapped in such hyperbole that it takes a couple of reads to extract the key point, which is exactly what you say it is. Obviously if the tickets were issued before the signs went up then they should be reversed. If OP is really concerned about it then they should also email the parking enforcement team to ask them to cancel those tickets themselves instead of waiting for the drivers to challenge them.
