Desk spaces to let / or possibly whole office in old school

We are small firm of architects, carrying out a lot of work in East Dulwich (where we also live).

We have a ground floor design studio next to Flat Iron Square, on Union Street SE1 (just 10 minutes from East Dulwich station by train) and are looking to sub-let desk space to a compatible firm. We can be flexible on the amount of space available up to a point, but allowing for social distancing up to 8 - 10 desks can be available.

Our ideal is to share with a like-minded, design based firm but we can of course be flexible.

These images should give you an idea of the character or the space, which has an independent meeting room and totals around 1,000 sq feet. The attachment shows the outside of our office from Union Street.

Is there anywhere to store bikes, as I cycle from SE22?

Yes there is a secure outside yard at the back of the office where several bikes can be stored safely.

Is there an additional charge for using the meeting room? How about heating etc?
