Household appliances need fixing

I need someone to fix two household appliances. If the same person can do both that would be great but this may not be possible.

1) Oven light(make unknown)needs replacing and seal around the oven needs looking at. May be other things that need looking at on it too.

2) Dishwasher (Ikea) needs looking at. It works but the buttons have sunk down on the operation panel making it difficult to use.
