Just to say, as always, Russell's done a great job; after some shoddy patch-ups by others, he's sorted a pile of guttering out, found the source of the leak around the chimney, installed new chimney covers (even cleaned out the wood burner which had not been drawing up the chimney as well as it should); he also noticed a few slipped tiles while he was up there, and sorted them without additional charge.

Clean, efficient, good value as always, honest and generally just a good man. You may have to wait sometimes, but there's a reason. I've never in my years of home ownership found another good roofer, and I hope he's still working when our roof finally packs it in absolutely (which unfortunately will likely be in only a few years).
