With regard to your request, I wanted to find out if you have find a cleaner.

I have a cleaning team and we have several clients around your area and references are available upon request.

Our cleaning hourly rate for weekly or fortnight are ?12 per hour and for our first cleaning we require 3hrs to 4hrs depending on the size of the house.
