Recomendations for a place to stay in Rome with young kids

If anyone has an idea, please let me know. I don't know the city and want to find a place we can get around easily.

We stayed at the Flower Garden Hotel very near the Termini Railway station - it was absolutely fine, and extremely reasonable, and the breakfasts were included. The rooms can be small, but you can book a triple room. Children 2 and under are free. Good location for walking to other places. Trip Advisor reports can vary but we didn't have any problems.

The bus from the airport drops you right near the station, so it was just a short walk to the hotel, about 300 metres.
