William Hill on Grove Vale

Hi All,

Does anyone know what the William Hill on Grove Vale (opposite M&S) is going to be?

Anyone? It?s a big unit. I heard a rumour it might be a restaurant.

I looked it up and it seemed to be a construction firm who owned it, but assume that?s just cos they?ve bought to sell on. Would love to know what it?s going to be- it?s massive compared to most of the units on grove vale

Walked past this today - it has 2 plaques on the door - Aspect Construction and Pavillion Real Estate company - can't imagine that they'll own the building long term (maybe though?) so wondered if anyone knew any more - theres a huge bit on the back that i think used to be a garage so it has a really large footprint!

Very much doubt a Waitrose. When I was one of the East Dulwich Councillors I talked to them and they were looking for a site in the area larger than the current M&S on Lordship Lane.

Seems unlikely the site isn't large enough for a Weatherspoons.
