Office/charity closures.

It would appear that the Charity I am Trustee to. may have to close due to not receiving any income from March to date and also some of main contract agencies have advised that due to their own financial difficulties will not be able to renew their contracts in September.

In closing down, we would need to clear our premises and to raise some income from selling various office furniture, conference chairs, arm chairs etc.

Does anyone know of a firm that would purchase our stock?

We occupy around 15 rooms so you can imagine the amount of furniture!

Money raised would go to meeting some of our financial obligations. ( We do not quality for Government help- we have tried this avenue)

    • But people getting up for work or if they’re a carer having to get up after a few hours sleep would know it’s gone 11pm as they’re kept awake by selfish people!
    • I agree. Midnight I can understand when it's celebrating the start of a new year (under whatever system) but not otherwise. Though re the wildlife, it's going to affect them whatever time it is, I don't suppose they know it's gone 11pm!

    • Yes I get your gist, but maybe you could just name a few of the very many you mention? I'm not sure why you find it very concerning that somebody would leave Labour for the Greens? So have many people, including me.
