Socially Distanced Kimchi Fermentation Workshop - only 4 spaces available plus Zoom participants.

Join us at the Sisters of Oz wellbeing hub on Latona Road in Peckham SE15 for a kimchi workshop where you'll have your own individual station to make a 500ml jar of kimchi to take home and ferment. The recipe I use is vegan. Everything you need is provided, just turn up and feel free to bring a bottle or whatever you want to drink. No experience of fermentation is required. I'll teach you everything you need to know and your kimchi will be ready to eat within a week of the workshop. Delicious!

Kimchi is a spicy Korean condiment made from fermented cabbage. As well as being delicious, it has lots of brilliant gut health boosting properties. I'll give you lots of recipe ideas on how to eat kimchi.

  But they didn't, they said the father behaved inappropriately (not properly supervising his child), gave a half- hearted apology (sorry, but...), laughed at and discussed within the OP's earshot the OP's upset response with his mates. I do not think he said the parent was awful, did he? It just seems like some are angling around trying to find a way to justify how the parent handled this. It just doesn't feel that complicated- most likely OP was startled, reproached the parent and did not get a real apology, instead being made to feel they were somehow in the wrong. It can happen.
