1950s/60s Hoover floor polisher carpet cleaner

Lovely stylish 60 year old hoover polisher, it works but hasn't been tested by an electrician. There are just brushes, originally pads would have been provided too - you could get these on line. A reservoir is filled with cleaning fluid or wax. ?20 or make me an offer!
