Man with Van wanted

Hi

I'm looking for someone with a van to help me move from Peckham to East Dulwich on Thurs 20th August. Just one room full of stuff so mostly boxes but have a few bulky items (a bookshelf, an office chair) and lots of houseplants.

Could you quote the price with help to lift/move stuff and without? It's moving from a flat on the 1st floor to a room on the 1st floor of a house.
