Small Bathroom Remodel Recommendations

Hi, we need a complete revamp of our bathroom on Dawson Heights estate SE22. Replace toilet and sink, remove bath and replace with shower/wet room. Tile walls and floor. Replace door with sliding door. Remove radiator and replace with upright radiator/towel rail. Install shaver/toothbrush socket. Size is small 165cm x 165cm x 235h. Any quotes or recommendations welcome!

  Never had aggression from foxes when seeing them quite close when out and about, maybe some become more cheeky if regularly fed by humans?
