Hi everyone,

My name is Shabazz and I am a local Personal Trainer, fully qualified and insured, with over 10 years of experience.

I currently have an offer on for new clients,

10 x 1 hour sessions for ?200.00. T's and C's apply.

Please have a look at the flyer attached for more info.

The sessions can either be at your home or an outdoor space of your choice.

I have all the equipment needed for a full body workout, including but not limited to kettlebells, resistance bands and an olympic barbell and weight plates. So what ever your goals we can work together to achieve them.

  I'm not sure they still do it but Forest in NX Road used to leave a box outside where it was possible to leave unwanted plant pots. Worth checking with them?
