Southwark Free Cycle Lessons

I had a free lesson this morning after seeing a link on another thread on this forum - lovely lass, one on one session, totally tailored to what I needed to learn with my experience levels etc and I could have had another if I needed.

They go from total beginner to someone like me who is perfectly capable but hasn't really cycled much since I was a kid and therefore a bit unconfident on busy roads etc.

Only bad news is Southwark have cut their contract with this provider who do the one on one lessons and sessions will be group in future and not therefore easily tailorable. She thinks she will still be able to book sessions for the next couple of months however especially for complete beginners.

thanks for your comments. We are trying to get southwark to change its mind on this. Please write to your councillor or to [email protected] if you would like us to continue to be able to provide one to one individual lessons.
