buttercupSE11
Hello all,I'm 35 weeks pregnant and have a small hernia in the groin area. I'm considering buying a maternity support belt to take the weight off. Has anyone used one of these for such a problem and if so was it useful/helpful? I do have a midwife app this week but just thought I'd get a few opinions from mums out there. Thanks! awilliams123
Hi, I didn't have a problem with a hernia, but I did use a maternity belt in the last weeks of pregnancy and found it a great help. It does help support the weight of the huge tummy, so I imagine that it would at least relieve you somewhat. Would be worth a try in my opinion. Congratulations by the way!
