Women?s bike - for someone who wants to learn to ride at 40

Hi

I?m looking for a ladies bike - preferably an old style (think bike with basket) so I can hop off quickly when I?m about to fall off. I never really learned as a kid so I want to learn before I hit the big 40 early next year.

Want something I can hopefully ride into Peckham/ED to do shopping once ive learned in the park!

Hi Sarah. Good stuff. You might be entitled to some free cycle training, to help you have more confidence on the road. Id recommend a trainer called Judith Bonner who lives lo cally.
