valeenitt
We are a small group of gleaners.. Wait a second - you don't know what a gleaner is? That's alright. Gleaners were those who would go in a field to pick up all the leftover crops that weren't harvested because not fit for commercial use. We wish to set up a urban group to harvest or glean urban gardens, trees, allotments. So if you have an excess of produce and you'd like to share it but don't have the time, we can do it for you. We will then donate the gleaned produce to fairshare/foodbank/foodcycle.Please get in touch if you have too many apples on your garden tree or more pumpkins in your allotment than you will be able to use. We'll come and pick them for you!
